脂质包被珠被设计用于蛋白质下拉实验。用于检测细胞裂解物中纯化蛋白质的脂质结合或放射性标记的体外翻译产物的结合。葡萄糖神经酰胺（GC）微珠由琼脂糖组成，每1 mL微珠可与10纳摩尔的葡萄糖神经酰胺（GC）结合，足以进行多次蛋白质结合实验。每1 mL葡萄糖神经酰胺（GC）微珠包括少量对照微珠（P-B 000）。也可购买更多数量的Control Beads。

Lipid coated beads are designed for use in protein pull-down experiments. Use to test for lipid binding of purified protein proteins in cell lysate or binding of radiolabeled in vitro translation products.Glucosylceramide (GC) Beads are composed of agarose and are bound with 10 nanomoles of Glucosylceramide (GC) per 1 mL of beads enough for several protein binding experiments. Each 1 mL order of Glucosylceramide (GC) Beads includes a small amount of Control Beads (P-B000). Larger quantities of Control Beads are also available for purchase.
