The product KOMBITEST T Cell 4-color is sufficient for 50 tests and is provided with the following reagent:
nn1 vial (1 ml) containing a premixed combination of fluorochrome-labeled monoclonal antibodies CD3 FITC / CD45 PerCP / CD4 APC / CD8 PE, diluted at optimum concentrations in a stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide.
