It is also involved in stress-induced JNKK signal transduction pathway.Applications:Suitable for use in detection of cdc42 by Western Blot.Quantity:10 blotsKit Components:Anti-cdc42, (mouse monoclonal IgG1):One vial containing 50ug of purified mouse IgG1 in 200ul of 20mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 150mM NaCl, 1.5mM sodium azide containing 50% glycerol and 1mg/ml BSA.This antibody was raised against a fusion protein corresponding to residues 1-191 of full length human cdc42. Liquid at-20°C.Blocking Reagent:One vial containing 20g non-fat skim milk fortified with vitamin A palmitate and vitamin D2, containing no preservatives.Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, HRP-Conjugate, (goat polyclonal IgG):One vial containing 500ug of immunoaffinity purified goat IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase lyophilized from 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M NaCl, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, and 0.01% gentamicin sulfate.Storage and Stability:Stable for 1 year at-20°C from date of shipment. Note: Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (HRP) is light sensitive, handle accordingly.
