Biotium's goat anti-human IgA (α chain) is labeled with CF®594 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Deep-red fluorescent CF®594 dye has excitation/emission at 593/614 nm. It is prepared from antibodies purified by human IgA-affinity chromatography. The antibodies react specifically with IgA heavy chains (α chains) and not with immunoglobulin light chains. To minimize cross-reactivity, it has been adsorbed against human IgG prior to conjugation.
