ANKRD28 (Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 28), also known as PITK, is a 1,086 amino acid protein that localizes to the nucleus and contains 27 ankyrin repeats. Expressed in a variety of tissues, two isoforms of ANKRD28 exist due to alternative splicing events.
