BDP FL is a bright and photostable dye for the FAM channel. It possesses great photostability, and quantum yield approaching unity. This dye is well-suited for microscopy and fluorescence polarization assays. The hydrazide group provides easy conjugation with carbonyl compounds (aldehydes, and ketones).
