背景资料: MAGEF1 (MAGE Family Member F1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with MAGEF1 include Melanoma. An important paralog of MAGEF1 is NSMCE3. This intronless gene encodes a member of the MAGE superfamily. It is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues and in tumor cells. MAGEF1 includes a microsatellite repeat in the coding region.
