MAGED4B (MAGE Family Member D4B) is a member of the MAGED gene family. It is expressed only in brain and ovary, and some transcript variants of MAGED4B are specifically expressed in glioma cells. MAGED4B is clustered with other MAGED genes on chromosome Xp11. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for MAGED4B.
