背景资料: CDH24, also named as CDH11L, is a member of Cadherins which are calcium dependent cell adhesion proteins. Cadherine preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. Cadherin-24 mediates strong cell-cell adhesion. The antibody can recognize isoform1 and isoform2 of CDH24.
