背景资料: SUMO1 is a small ubiquitin-like protein that can be covalently conjugated to other proteins. SENP2（SUMO1/sentrin/SMT3 specific peptidase 2） is one of a group of enzymes that process newly synthesized SUMO1 into the conjugatable form and catalyze the deconjugation of SUMO1-containing species.

补充：最优的抗体稀释比例需要基于客户实验进行优化.建议的起始稀释比例如下: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
