背景资料: The contactin 6 encoded by CNTN6 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored neuronal membrane protein that functions as a cell adhesion molecule. It may play a role in the formation of axon connections in the developing nervous system. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

补充：最优的抗体稀释比例需要基于客户实验进行优化.建议的起始稀释比例如下: WB: 1:500-1:2000, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
