背景资料: BRMS1 reduces the metastatic potential, but not the tumorogenicity, of human breast cancer and melanoma cell lines. The protein(breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1)encoded by BRMS1 localizes primarily to the nucleus and is a component of the mSin3a family of histone deacetylase complexes (HDAC). The protein contains two coiled-coil motifs and several imperfect leucine zipper motifs. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

补充：最优的抗体稀释比例需要基于客户实验进行优化.建议的起始稀释比例如下: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
