- Introducing the Most Sensitive Goat anti-Human-HRP ConjugateGoat anti-Rabbit MonsterHRPGoat anti-Human MonsterHRP kit was designed with the following objectives: The Z-TECT HS ELISA Goat anti-Human MonsterHRP Colorimetric Reagent provided is an HRP-conjugated anti-tag secondary reagent that recognizes biotinylated molecules. It is assumed that the user will first build an indirect, sandwich or competitive ELISA on the plate with all plates, buffers and signal reagents provided in the kit.Goat anti-Human MonsterHRP kit was tested along most HRP Reagents available, including PolyHRP, and was found to deliver much greater detection signal.-See Human IL-22 Detection Kit Comparison.This kit was built as a turnkey solution for maximum ease of use without the lengthy process and variability of preparing buffers in advance: the 1-Plate Trial Kit provides a quick evaluation while the 5-Plate Optimization Kit allows for a more thorough optimization of the concentrations of capture (if applicable), detection and secondary reagents as well as the screening of plates, buffers and signal reagents. Akrivis has developed a SmartPlate design, available in the kit brochure, to facilitate and accelerate that optimization process. It is highly recommended to use the plates, buffers and signal reagents provided in this kit, as they were screened, designed and selected for optimal Z-TECT MonsterHRP performance.Background:While the user only needs to substitute the secondary reagent in an established ELISA assay, the large signal amplification resulting from the high number of HRP molecules provided by Z-TECT’s technology, often requires to calibrate and “tone down” the concentrations of capture and/or detection antibodies. Furthermore, the various buffers provided in the Akrivis kits were formulated to ensure optimal performance of its Z-TECT HS ELISA Secondary MonsterHRP Products. Therefore Akrivis offers three options for each of its Z-TECT HS ELISA Secondary MonsterHRP Products:1-Plate Trial Kit:Contains all reagents and materials necessary (96x-microwell plate, adhesive plate sealers, buffers and detection reagents) for a quick evaluation via indirect, sandwich or competitive ELISA5-Plate Optimization Kit:Contains all reagents and materials necessary (96x-microwell plates, adhesive plate sealers, buffers and detection reagents) for a more thorough evaluation of Akrivis reagents and buffers via indirect, sandwich or competitive ELISA. In order to expedite the optimization process, Akrivis has developed a SmartPlate protocol design that consists of a pre-designed [3x3x3] concentration array of the capture antibody (for sandwich assays), detection antibody and secondary reagent to minimize Non-Specific Background and optimize Signal:Noise Ratio. The 5-Plate Optimization Kit also provides the user with the opportunity to screen and compare various Akrivis buffers and detection reagents included in the kits.Standalone Reagents and Buffers:Allows the user, once optimization is complete, to purchase each kit component separately. However, for optimal performance, it is highly recommended to use Z-TECT HS ELISA Secondary MonsterHRP Products in conjunction with Akrivis’ Z-TECT Diluent and Wash Buffer.5-Plate Ancillary Kit:Contains all materials, buffers and signal reagents except Z-TECT Reagent.Sufficient for 5 Full Plates.Kit Contents:Z-TECT HS ELISA Secondary MonsterHRP Kits contain all the reagents and materials necessary for performing an indirect, sandwich or competitive ELISA assay (96x-microwell plates, adhesive plate sealers, buffers and detection reagents). Microwell plates can be either full plates (96x) or strip plates (12x 8-strips).
