Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M Tris glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide), 30% glycerol. Concentration: 1mg/mlSynthetic peptide corresponding to KAAILLAQVAAR*GR*GR*GMGR*G (which R* denotes symmetric dimethylation of arginine) (KLH).*When using A3550-06B as primary antibody, add 0.05% Twenn-20 to blocking buffer in steps 2. 3 and 5.A3550-06C Arginine, symmetric, dimethyl (ASYM24) 1x25ul (Human, mouse) (WB, IP, ICC)Serum Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 30% glycerol.Synthetic peptide corresponding to KGR*GR*GR*GR*GPPPPPR*GR*GR*GR*G (which R* denotes asymmetric dimethylation of arginine) (KLH).Positive Control (Included):J9000 Jurkat Cell Lysate. 1x100ul Supplied as a liquid in modified RIPA buffer diluted with non-reducing sample buffer. Concentration: 1mg/mlAdd 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilutions:A3550-06A: 1:500-1:1000A3550-06B: 1-2ug/ml A3550-06C: 1:500-1:1000 Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Antibody aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
