- Sensitivity: <0.4ng/ml The analytical sensitivity of this assay is <0.4ng/ml of Human APP. This was determined by adding two standard deviations to the mean O.D. obtained when the zero standard was assayed 30 times.Specificity:The Human APP BioAssay ELISA kit is specific for measurement of total APP protein.
