Adalimumab (Humira)，a human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a). Possessing a high specificity and affinity for TNF adalimumab exerts its therapeutic effects by blocking the interaction of TNF with the p55 and p75 receptors as well as inducing apoptosis of TNF-expressing mononuclear cells. Adalimumab can be used for the treatment of Rhcumatoid arthritis，Juvenilc Idiopathic Arthritis，Psoriatic Arthritis，Ankylosing Spondylitis，Crohn's Disease and Plaque Psoriasis.
