Human complement C5a is a 74-amino acid glycopeptide generated during complement activation from the -chain of complement C5. C5a is a potent chemotactic factor for human peripheral blood neutrophils and monocytes，and is believed to play an important role in a number of inflammatory conditions.

Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Recombinant human C5a can be used as a positive control （Cat.# 4995A-20）.
