Stromal cell-derived factor-1 beta is a stromal derived CXC chemokine that belong to the intercrine family，members of which activate leukocytes and are often induced by proinflammatory stimuli such as lipopolysaccharide，TNF，or IL-1. SDF-1B signals through CXCR4 receptor.

Western blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Recombinant human SDF-1B （Cat.# 4390-10） can be used as a positive control.
