Stem Cell Factor （SCF） is a hematopoietic growth factor that exerts its activity at the early stages of hematopoiesis. SCF stimulates the proliferation of myeloid，erythroid，and lymphoid progenitors in bone marrow cultures.

Western blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Recombinant mouse SCF （Cat.# 4328-10） can be used as a positive control.
