Human IP-10 is an 8.5 kDa protein produced by several cell types during the delayed type hypersensitivity response. IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant towards monocytes，lymphocytes，and certain T cells.

Western Blot analysis （0.5-1.0 ug/ml）， Neutralization （10 ug/ml）， and ELISA （2-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal condition should be determined individually.
