Influenza A viruses are surface glycoprotein，single stranded，segmented RNA viruses that are found in birds. Influenza A subtypes are based on the virus glycoproteins hemagglutininn(HA) and neuraminidase (NA). There are 16 different HA antigens and nine different N antigens for influenza A virus that have been isolated from wild birds.
