DAB chromogenic reagent, containing:• Chromogenic reagent A: DAB concentrated solution, 3ml. 40x.• Chromogenic reagent B: H2O2 concentrated solution, 3ml. 40x.• Chromogenic reagent C: TBS concentrated buffer, 3ml. 40x.Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
