Beta arrestin 1 is a cofactor in BARK mediated beta adrenergic receptor desensitization. It also plays an important role in immune function which mediated by regulating receptor. Beta arrestin 1 is high expressed in nervous system，peripheral blood leukocytes.

The antibody can be used in Western Blot analysis （1-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Blocking peptide （Cat.# 3148BP-50） is available separately. Expected band ~48 kDa.
