产品描述: The Mitochondria/Cytosol Fractionation BioAssay Kit provides unique formulations of reagents for effective isolation of a highly enriched mitochondrial fraction from cytosolic fraction of mammalian cells including both apoptotic and nonapoptotic cells. The enriched mitochondrial and cytosolic fractions can be used for studying apoptotic and signal transduction pathways to detect translocation of factors interested between the two fractions by Western blotting, ELISA, or other assays. Procedures are simple and easy to perform, no ultracentrifugations and toxic chemicals are involved.Sample Type:Cells and tissues Intended Use:Effective isolation of a highly enriched mitochondrial fraction from cytosolic fraction of mammalian cells including both apoptotic and nonapoptotic cells.Specificity:MammalianKit Components:Mitochondria Extraction Buffer, 1x2.5ml 5X Cytosol Extraction Buffer, 1x5ml DTT, 1M, 1x110ul Protease Inhibitor Cocktail*, 1x vial*Add 250ul of DMSO, and mix well before use.Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
