A novel derivative for the synthesis of sulfotyrosine-containing peptides by Fmoc SPPS. The sulfate neopentyl group is stable to TFA, and thus protects the sulfotyrosine residue from degradation during the cleavage reaction, but is easily cleaved post-cleavage by treatment of the peptide with aqueous ammonium acetate.Molecular Weight:553.62g/molStorage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
