产品描述: A potent and highly selective antagonist for cannabinoid subtyre 1 (CB1) receptor. Affinity for CB1 (IC50 = 8nM, Ki = 7.49nM) is more than 306-fold higher than that for CB2 receptors. Has been used in a study to determine its interaction with hippocampal neurons to enhance spatial memory in mice.Formula:C22H21Cl2IN4OSolubility:DMSOPrimary Target:CB1 ReceptorMolar Mass:555.24Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
