产品描述: A cell-permeable dipeptidyl-phosphoserine compound that effectively disrupts 14-3-3 interaction with its ligands (IC50=2.6uM against TMR-GG-RLSHpSSLPG binding to human 14-3-3 sigma), including Raf-1 and p53. Shown to induce caspase-3 activation and apoptotic cell death in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cultures (100uM) in a time-dependent manner.Formula:C20H23N6O8PMolecular Weight:506.4Solubility:DMSO (50mg/ml)Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
