背景资料: Anti-IKKb IKK2 Antibody detects human IKKb IKK2. NF-kB (nuclear factor kB) is sequestered in the cytoplasm by IkB family of inhibitory proteins that mask the nuclear localization signal of NF-kB thereby preventing translocation of NF-kB to the nucleus. External stimuli such as tumor necrosis factor or other cytokines results in phosphorylation and degradation of IkB releasing NF-kB dimers. NF-kB dimer subsequently translocates to the nucleus and activates target genes. Synthesis of IkBa is autoregulated. IkB proteins are phosphorylated by IkB kinase complex consisting of at least three proteins, IKKa, IKKb (IKKbeta), and IKKg. IKKa and IKKbeta are phosphorylated by NF-kB-inducing kinase (NIK) and MAP kinase kinase kinase-1 (MEKK1), respectively. Recent studies have shown that IKKbeta, not IKKa, is the target proinflammatory stimuli. Targeted disruption of IKKbeta gene in mice also results in extensive liver damage from apoptosis and death as embryo. Anti-IKKb IKK2 Antibody is ideal for investigators involved in NFkaapB and cytokines and growth factors.

免疫原: IKK beta Antibody was produced in mice prepared by repeated immunizations by a full-length human IKKbeta recombinant protein.

保存建议: Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
