- The FOXO Reporter BioAssay kit is designed to monitor activity of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and the transcriptional activity of FOXO proteins in cultured cells. The kit contains the transfection-ready FOXO3 expression vector and the FOXO luciferase reporter vector, which is a PI3K/Akt pathway-responsive reporter. This reporter contains a firefly luciferase gene under the control of multimers of the FOXO responsive element located upstream of a minimal promoter. The FOXO reporter kit also contains several control vectors for transfection efficiency and background luminescence.Components:Reporter (Component A), FOXO luciferase reporter vector + constitutively expressing Renilla luciferase vector, 1x500ul (60ng DNA/ul)Negative Control Reporter (Component B), Non-inducible luciferase vector + constitutively expressing Renilla luciferase vector, 1x500ul (60ng DNA/ul)FOXO3 (Component C), Expression vector for FOXO3, 1x250ul (100ng DNA/ul)Negative Control Expression Vector (Component D), Empty expression vector without FOXO3, 1x250ul (100ng DNA/ul)Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
