Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Biological Activity:Dengue virus is inactivated by room temperature incubation with formaldehyde. The formaldehyde is neutralized with the addition of sodium bisulphite. Inactivation confirmed by Vero cell culture. Result: No growth detected.Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
