FFPE DNAs are isolated from Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded materials. Applications: RNase Treatment, PCR. Quality Control:1. The quality and purity of genomic DNA were tested by spectrophotometer and electrophoresis. A260/280 is between 1.8-2.0, A260/230 is >2.0. (detected in TE, pH 8.0)2. Plant genomic DNA, FFPE Genomic DNA, and FFPE and Frozen Matched Pair Genomic DNAconcentration is determined by pico green measurement. Due to the characteristics of plant and FFPE genomic DNA, the concentration measured by UV is about 4 times more than the true value. While other genomic DNA concentration is determined by UV260 measurement3. RNase treatment to ensure the RNA contamination is eliminated4. Hind III digestion test: genomic DNA was successfully digested by Hind III5. beta-Actin expression was tested by PCR amplification for Genomic DNA or PCR ready genomic DNA6. GAPDH expression was tested by Real Time PCR for 96 well tumor genomic DNA plateStorage and Stability:Store genomic DNA in buffer at 4°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt.
