BIBF1120 is a triple angiokinase inhibitor. It blocks signaling through vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR; IC₅₀ values of 13-34nm), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR; IC₅₀ values of 59-65nm), and fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR; IC₅₀ values of 37-610nm).Solubility:~6mg/ml (DMSO), ~3mg/ml (EtOH)Molecular Weight:~539.62Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
