Gemcitabine Diphosphate is a phosphorylated metabolite of Gemcitabine, an antineoplastic agent.Melting Point: >98°C (dec.)Solubility: Methanol, WaterMethod for Determining Identity: Proton NMR (D2O) and Mass Spectrometric AnalysisTLC Conditions: C18; Methanol: Water : =8:2. Visualized with KMnO4, UV; Rf=0.75.Elemental Analysis: Calulated %C: 44.62, %H: 8.04, %N:11.56 Atmosphere:Inert gasWater Content (KF):1.7%Storage and Stability:May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
