- Human TNF-α ELISA Cytokine Development kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant Human TNF-α in a sandwich ELISA format. Using the ELISA protocol described, the recommended microplates, reagents and solutions, the components supplied in this kit are sufficient to assay Human TNF-α in approximately 1000 ELISA plate wells.Detection Range:31-2000pg/mlCross Reactivity:When tested at 50ng/ml the following antigens did not exhibit significantcross reactivity: Human: 4-1BBL, 4-1BBR, CD40L, BAFF, sFasL, sRANKL, TNF-beta, sTNF-R1, sTNF-R2, sTRAIL, sTRAIL-R1, TWEAK, TWEAKRMurine: CD40L, sRANKL, TNF-alpha Rat: TNF-alphaKit Components:145979A: Capture Antibody 1x100ug Reconstitute in 1ml sterile water for a concentration of 100ug/ml.145979B: Detection Antibody (Biotin) 1x50ug Reconstitute in 0.5ml sterile water for a concentration of 100ug/ml.
145979C: Human TNF-α Standard 1x1ug Reconstitute in 1ml sterile water for a concentration of 1ug/ml.
Note:The reconstituted components are stable for 2 weeks when stored at 4°C.*145979D:
Avidin (HRP)1x60ul. Storage and Stability:Store kit at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Upon receipt, aliquot *145979D into ten 6ul vials. Store at -20°C for up to 6 months.
