- This kit contains the key components required for the analysis of 10 Sandwich ELISA plates (960 wells). It has been specifically formulated to be used in conjunction with our Standard ELISA Cytokine Development Kits.Kit Components:145859A: PBS, 20X, 1x20ml*145859B: Wash Buffer, 20X, 1% Tween-20 in PBS, 1x500ml145859C: Blocking Buffer, 1% BSA in PBS, 1x400ml*145859D: Diluent, 20X, 1% Tween-20, 2% BSA in PBS, 1x30ml*145859E: ABTS Liquid Substrate, ready-to-use, 1x110ml145859F: ELISA Microplates, 10x96 wellsStorage and Stability:Store liquid components at 4°C. Store plates and sealers at RT. All solutions should be at ambient temperature prior to use. If crystallization occurs, gently warm and swirl the solution until crystals dissolve. Dilutions are to be performed with deionized (RO) water.
