- The Interleukin 1 receptor family comprises nine members. All family members possess three immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domains in their extracellular region. Most members also have an intracellular TIR (Toll-like receptor/IL-1 receptor) signaling domain that is also conserved in the Toll-like receptor family. A subtype of the IL-1 R family, SIGIRR (single Ig domain-containing IL-1 R-related molecule) differs from the other nine members by having only one Ig domain.Sample Type:Cell culture supernatesIntended Use:This BioAssay DuoSet ELISA Development kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL-1 RAcP). DuoSets are designed for the analysis of cell culture supernates. Range:~31.2-2000pg/mlSpecificity:Recognizes natural and recombinant human Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL-1 RAcP). Kit Components:Goat anti-human IL-1 RAcP capture antibody, 1x vialBiotinylated goat anti-human IL-1 RAcP detection antibody, 1x vialRecombinant human IL-1 RAcP Standard, 3x vialsStreptavidin-HRP, 1x vialStorage and Stability:Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
