The peptide corresponds to aa1-21 of histone H4.Application:Study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of Histone 3 (R3) methyltransferases for drug discovery and HTS applications. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
