Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with methanol. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.Handling Notes:1. This product is not very stable in water and should not be heated during dissolution.2. A stock solution in methanol can be made. Such stock solutions can be further diluted in aqueous buffers. If performing biological experiments, ensure the residual amount of methanol is insignificant (<0.1%), since it may have physiological effects at low concentrations.
