Alkaline Phosphatase is an enzyme that is key in the hydrolysis of many different types of molecules, resulting in the removal of phosphate groups from said molecule. Most active in basic environments and a common serum analyte, alkaline phosphatase and its isoenzymes are good indicators of bone, liver, and testicular diseases/cancers in immunoassays and diagnostics.
Store vial at 4° C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
