是脱泛素酶(DUBs)的淬灭荧光底物。泛素的Gly76和罗丹明110部分之间的酰胺键的断裂释放出高度荧光的Rh110吗啉羰基，其荧光强度高于Ub-Rh110Gly的经典Rh110Gly荧光团(UbiQ-002)。
