SouthernBiotech的明胶包被载玻片经过精心清洗，并用0.1%明胶和铬钾硫酸盐溶液进行处理。这种涂层载玻片的尺寸为25 mm x 75 mm，一端带有磨砂面，可用于标记。为了获得最佳粘附效果，我们建议使用厚度小于100微米的切片。
