推荐使用方法：使用前请将底物恢复至室温。在经过辣根过氧化物酶孵育和随后洗涤的ELISpot板中加入该底物。显色至斑点出现为止。通过用大量去离子水冲洗以终止颜色反应（因为离子可能会导致TMB斑点褪色）。
