推荐使用方法：使用前请将底物恢复至室温。将底物溶液通过0.45微米滤膜过滤后，加入经过碱性磷酸酶孵育和随后洗涤的ELISpot板中。显色至斑点出现为止。通过用大量自来水冲洗以终止颜色反应。
