LifeSensors 靶向“分子剪刀”USP5--抗USP5抗体

USP5（异肽酶T；IsoT）是酿酒酵母（S. cerevisiae）UBP14的同源物，负责水解大多数未锚定的多泛素链。USP5是一种含有锌指结构域的去泛素化酶，它每次从链的近端释放一个泛素。当使用低浓度单泛素时，全长USP5介导的Ub-PLA2裂解显著增强。
