LifeSensors抗Ataxin3抗体--助力神经退行性疾病研究

Western Blotting：当抗体的最终浓度为9.71ug/mL时，可检测到0.5ug的重组蛋白。

产品质检：

左图：0.5或5ug的 Ataxin3 涂抹在 ELISA 板上。随后，未结合的蛋白被洗去，并用 BSA 封闭。使用传统 ELISA 检测试剂，以1.94ug/mL的 AB401 检测 Ataxin3。二抗：α-鸡 HRP（1:5000）。阴性对照1：无 AB401。阴性对照2：无检测试剂。
