蛋白质A-无偶联：

特异性：与人IgG1、IgG2和IgG4的Fc段结合，也与小鼠IgG2a和IgG2b结合；此外，还与兔、猪、豚鼠和犬的IgG结合。

来源：金黄色葡萄球菌

偶联物：UNLB（未偶联）

缓冲液配方：从蒸馏水中冻干

推荐储存条件：-20°C

操作和储存：纯化的（UNLB）蛋白A以5.0 mg或1.0 mg的纯化冻干蛋白形式提供。在复溶前，材料可在-20°C下储存长达一年。在PBS中复溶至尽可能高的浓度。复溶后，分装并储存于-20°C，最长可达六个月。

辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）偶联物以1.0 mL的形式提供，其母液为50%甘油/50% PBS，pH 7.4。未添加防腐剂。可在2-8°C下储存，或长期储存于-20°C。

如果按照指示储存，试剂在标签上标明的有效期内是稳定的。
