ELISpot Plus：小鼠IL- 2（HRP）：检测分泌IL-2的细胞数量

白细胞介素2（IL-2）主要由活化的T细胞产生。IL-2能够促进抗原激活的T细胞和自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）的增殖、分化和存活。在抗原刺激后，这种细胞因子还能促进T细胞分化为效应T细胞和记忆T细胞。因此，IL-2在机体对感染的免疫反应中发挥着重要作用。此外，IL-2在免疫耐受中也至关重要，因为它能促进某些未成熟的T细胞在胸腺中分化为调节性T细胞，从而防止自身免疫疾病的发生。

该ELISpot Plus试剂盒用于通过ELISpot实验检测分泌小鼠白细胞介素2（IL-2）的细胞数量。仅供研究使用，不得用于诊断程序。
