将猪外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）在无植物血凝素（Phytohaemagglutinin，PHA）（250,000个细胞/孔）或有PHA（50,000个细胞/孔）的条件下孵育过夜，通过ELISpot检测法分析分泌IFN-γ的细胞数量。
