实验结果：

FLISA板用小鼠抗鼠IgG1-UNLB（SB货号3061-01）、小鼠抗鼠IgG2a-UNLB（SB货号3065-01）、小鼠抗鼠IgG2b-UNLB（SB货号3070-01）、小鼠抗鼠IgG2c-UNLB（SB货号3075-01）和小鼠抗鼠IgM-UNLB（SB货号3080-01）包被。随后，将稀释的鼠IgG2b-AF488（SB货号0118-30）捕获，并对其荧光强度进行定量分析。
