His标签,也称为多组氨酸标签(polyhistidine),His6标签或hexa组氨酸标签,这是一种在转染的细胞中目标蛋白的C端或N端上由至少6个组氨酸残基链接上所组成的氨基酸序列。

目的His标签蛋白进行定量检测
原理将含有His标签的样品或含有His标签的重组蛋白标准品添加到已经包被好多组氨酸的微孔板上。短暂孵育后,加入抗 6xHis单克隆抗体,然后加入HRP偶联的二抗。未知样品中的His标签蛋白含量是通过与由预先确定的His标签蛋白标准品制备的标准曲线进行比较来确定的。
